Lee was very personable and knowledgeable about her craft. I often have terrible back spasms so bad that I can’t move or sleep sometimes, and I had a flare up a couple days before I went to Lee for a massage. I walked in very stiff & in pain, and left loose, limber & pain free! By the end of the massage I was already looking forward to my next visit!

Fantastic sports massage from Leanna. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly effective at relieving tight, sore muscles. On top of that, her bubbly, friendly personality makes the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, looser, and moving much better. Highly recommend! 💪

Deep tissue sports massage requested: As a person who receives treatments, I wanted to see how Leanna's work would help me. She paid very close attention to any lump or bump and didn't move until it did! She was persistent and my back feels worked, but very good after. The active stretching was intense but it worked to finally move stubborn knots. Cupping was icing on the cake. I'm very much looking forward to my next treatment.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The ambiance was relaxing, and the service was excellent. Leeann took the time to identify the areas where I was carrying the most tension and worked on them with great skill and care.

Leanna is very profession, fun, and has great energy. From only having a discussion I was relaxed and ready. But my word, I wasn't ready. Lol... She explained in detail what she was doing, how it feel. At one point Le said..... I should be listening to her talk and not paying attention to the pain I was experiencing (I did not have a massage in years, so the knots, stress and tension built some concrete boulders in my body). So I listened and laughed through the pleasurable pain. Trust me, it was definitely worth it. Her hands and her energy are just what her business name says.... PLATINUM TOUCH.
Make sure you complete the homework she gives you during and after your massage. I will definitely be back.

I’ve had plenty of massages over the years, but what Leanna provides goes far beyond a typical massage. She found and worked on areas of tension and old aches, some of which I didn’t even realize I was carrying.
What I appreciated most was how professional and attentive she was throughout the session, explaining what she was doing and adjusting her pressure to make sure I was comfortable.
The biggest surprise was how much better I felt afterward. I slept amazingly, felt noticeably less tense, and I’m still feeling the benefits the next day. It wasn’t until after the session that I realized just how much tension my body had been holding.
I highly recommend Leanna. If you’re considering booking with her, do it, you won’t regret it.

I recently booked a sports massage with Leanna and had a really good experience. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and very accommodating. She took the time to explain what she was doing, what areas she was working on, and why, which made me feel comfortable throughout the session.
The space itself was very clean, relaxing, and well put together. Everything from the atmosphere to the overall setup made for a pleasant experience.

After being surprised with a massage for my birthday in March, I didn't know what to expect from Lee. From the warm welcome when I first arrived to the conversation we had before she started, where she listened and acknowledged my issues, she came up with a game plan and explained everything she would be doing. I left with a feeling I had never had before from any other service. Fast-forward to yesterday's top tier service again. Lee catered to the muscles and areas that were still aching and put me in the most relaxed place. It was beautiful from beginning to end. She is so detailed and informative. So i've had massages before, but none quite like the session I had with Leanna. The level of care and attention she brought to the session really stood out.
She took the time to work through areas that needed it and some really did. She didn’t rush the process. And I could tell she really knows what she’s doing. She is knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to talk to.
But what also made the experience enjoyable was her personality. She’s funny and keeps the atmosphere relaxed, which makes the whole session feel comfortable from start to finish.

From the initial message interaction to the first conversation before treatment Lee was the essence of professional. Although it was a very tough session (tears were shed, noses were running 🤦🏾♀️) she worked with my tolerance and approached my needs gradually. From just one session I am able to stand centered where I was favouring either side due to the intense pain. I finally have so much hope for being pain free and can't wait for the next treatment and guidance session to see more improvement and overall success on my journey. I had my first ever professional massage, done today by Platinum Touch Massage Services. The service was a 1 hour full body sports massage. I had already psyched myself that this massage was going to be more than just a regular massage. Leanna had her work cut out for her. My body had so many knots that had built up over time that never got the relief it needed. And being a dancer, getting that relief would mean better movement. She humbly took on the task. Leanna worked her way from the top to the bottom...from the neck down to the feet, working assiduously on releasing my trigger points (knots) and draining lymphatic fluid (metabolic waste) aiding the detoxifying of my lymph nodes, liver and kidneys.
Now, when I tell you that I cannot remember a time that I have touched my shoulders and they didn't feel hard and tense and tight, believe me...I cant.

I had an amazing experience . Very professional. I went for a Swedish massage but she quickly identified an old injury to my shoulder and pivoted the massage to attend to that . I would highly recommend her to anyone and looking forward to my next session ! I left feeling totally relaxed and my shoulder was way better and had more range of motion after the massage

I was assaulted by a big arm lady with a massage gun. LOL... Honestly there are not enough stars on this app to rate Leanna at Platinum Touch. I came across her when she was featured on CBC and oddly enough she started trending on my IG. I made an appointment, but as fate would have it, I had to cancel. For some reason though my mind kept telling me rebook the appointment. I am glad I did.
I got the myofascial massage and I was nervous, but the pain in my back nudged me to go through with it. Leanna is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She patient but effective. During the massage she targeted all the right spots. She even relieved tension from spots I did not even know were tense. I've had massages before but none were as spot on or effective. It was truly a DEEP TISSUE massage. Even though I was sore that night I had the best sleep I've had in a long time.

I recently had a session with Leanna for lower back pain, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. I felt relief almost immediately. Very professional 👏, my experience was absolutely amazing, the room was very relaxing and comfortable. I had a full body deep tissue massage for the very first time and the results are great. I'm able to flex more and move abit more freely. Yes I was abit sore a day or 2 after but it was definitely worth it 👌. 10 out of 10

Recently went to see Leanna for a sports massage and I'm officially hooked. Visited Leanna on 8/1/25. Hands down, the most therapeutic, holistic massage I've experienced. I've had massage for over 20years! Lee is knowledgeable and tailors the treatment to your specific needs. She found pain spots where I didn't know needed treatment. And yes, I ached after, followed her post treatment instructions which relieved post treatment ache. I booked a deep tissue massage . Any other deep tissue massage I've had in the past , paled in comparison to this one. Let's just say I'm definitely returning for more treatment. Leanna was professional in her delivery. She was very attentive to trouble areas and when she sees a problem area, she's fixing it for sure. The environment was also very quiet and relaxing. This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had, And I’m someone who gets massages whenever I go travel. I’m a physician and can say that She really knows her anatomy well. I could tell that all of the movements were very precise and targeted for different muscles. Coming from the US, This was an extremely good value as well. Only $100 USD for a 90 min massage. Would highly recommend.

Patient, detailed, educational are just a few adjectives to describe my experience with Lee. As an athlete taking self care was my priority this year and monthly massages has become part of my routine. Being tired of the "spa" massages which seldom gives any relief from training, platinum touch was a touch above the rest. After the first session a bit of soreness was experience but let me tell wanna my next training session was the BOMB now being able to move pain free. Lee explain everything she was doing and why and offered solutions to be done should I experience any discomfort. I absolutely love my sessions with her and would recommend her to any athlete or just anyone looking for some self care. Its not your usual spa experience.

I would like to say when you step through the door to PT keep your eyes closed. Once inside you will feel like you have stepped into a haven and the relax feeling starts.
You will be treated to what I will call Utophia, however do not under estimate the ability of this person. She will find all of your issue points and work them over, leaving you feeling in the clouds. Do not be taking back about the soarness. Thats whta makes it better.
Trust me when I say so, she has giving me the ringer and I walked away being allot more flexibly and muscle relaxed for the process.

I highly recommend Platinum Touch for a fantastic massage experience. I went in with severe back and neck pain and left feeling significant relief in both areas. The therapist, Leanne, was excellent and really understood how to address my issues effectively.

As a makeup artist, who stands on her feet approximately 12 hours or more, my feet were so weary and I developed plantar fasciitis. My first experience with Leanna was nothing short of amazing. She was knowledgeable about my conditions and explained each muscle in my legs and what was happening with the tension in my feet. I felt immediate relief and she even recommended exercises and stretches to assist until my next visit.

Hi I had my first massage from leeanna I went in feeling tired pains all over my body and after I left I felt great the next day and I slept well I highly recommend Leeanna at platinum touch and I will be going back for another session soon.

I had my first massage with Leanna today. I went in with lower back pain and fatigued muscles. Left feeling like new!! What i really appreciated was that she took the time to explain everything she was doing. Leanna was very professional and mindful about my comfort level ensuring that all my areas of concern were answered and addressed. What can I say? I'm about to book my next appointment!!
