Booking Policy
To ensure a smooth and seamless booking experience, we have established the following appointment booking policy.
Booking Methods
Book your appointment through our online booking system or by phone. We encourage you to use our online system for the most convenient and up-to-date availability.
Advance Booking
For best results, we recommend booking your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
Deposit
We require a 50% deposit of your treatment fee to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
Confirmation
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review the information carefully and contact us if any changes are needed.
Reminder Notifications
You will receive a reminder notification 24 hours before your appointment via email. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please refer to our cancellation policy.
Changes to Appointments
If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We will therefore do our best to accommodate your requests based on availability.
Late Arrival Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure the best experience for all clients, the following policy is in place.
Arriving less than 15 minutes late
Your session may be shortened accordingly to accommodate the next client. The original treatment fee will still apply.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late
We may not be able to accommodate your session, and the original treatment fee will still apply. This would be at the discretion of the therapist.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can serve all clients effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.
Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance
To avoid any charges, please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. As a result, there will be no charge for cancellations made with sufficient notice.
Cancellation within 24 hours
A cancellation fee of 50% of the original treatment fee will apply.
No-shows
Please note that if you fail to show up without prior notice, you will be charged the full treatment fee.
Client Hygiene Policy
At Platinum Touch Therapy, your health, safety, and overall experience are our highest priorities. We kindly ask that proper hygiene standards are observed prior to each appointment.
Pre-appointment shower
Clients are required to shower using an antibacterial soap no less than one hour before their scheduled treatment. This helps minimise bacteria, supports a more effective treatment, and ensures a comfortable experience for both client and therapist.
On-site shower facility
Can’t shower beforehand? No problem. You’re welcome to arrive 15 minutes early to use our on-site shower. Additionally, please bring your own soap and towels as we do not provide them.
Non-compliance
As a result, clients who arrive without meeting this requirement may be respectfully asked to reschedule their appointment.
